目的对比热毒宁注射液与喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿腺病毒性肺炎临床疗效.方法2010年1月至2012年4月,深圳市横岗人民医院儿科收治55例婴幼儿腺病毒性肺炎患儿随机分成2组,热毒宁注射液治疗组28例,另一组喜炎平注射液治疗组27例,7天为一疗程,进行临床疗效观察对比.结果经统计学处理两组疗效比较,热毒宁注射液疗效优于喜炎平注射液,差异有统计学意义.结论热毒宁注射液治疗婴幼儿腺病毒性肺炎,退热解毒疗效优于喜炎平注射液,疗效显著,未见明显不良反应.
