目的优化三芪丹颗粒的喷雾干燥工艺.方法应用正交设计法考察进出风温度、浸膏相对密度对产品干粉得率、含水量等的影响.结果最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为进风温度180-185℃、出风温度80-90℃、药液相对密度为1.07-1.09(60℃热测).结论该喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行,可用于三芪丹颗粒的生产.

Objective:Optimization Sanqidan Granules spray drying Process. Methods:Using orthogonal design method.The inlet ang outlet wind temperature, examine of products in the relative density of powder and the effect of water content.
