目的探讨胃间质瘤的螺旋 CT 表现及鉴别诊断.方法回顾性分析经病理证实的21例胃间质瘤的 CT 影像资料,归纳胃间质瘤的 CT 征象特征.结果21例均为单发肿块,其中胃底3例,胃体部16例,胃窦2例;腔内型15例,腔外型2例,腔内外型4例.最大径≥5cm 者 5例,最大径<5cm 者16例.与胃壁夹角锐角17例,钝角4例.平扫密度均匀13例,不均匀8例.增强明显强化18例,轻度强化 3例.肝转移例5,淋巴结转移并大网膜转移 1例.其中术前误诊 5例.结论胃间质瘤的 CT 表现具有一定特征,能够与胃的其它肿瘤相鉴别.

Objective To evaluate the spiral CT manifestation and differential diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors.Methods Retrospective study and inductive the features of the spiral CT scen was performed in 21 patients with gastric stromal tumors which by pathology , Results of the 21 lesions were solitary, 16 were located in gastric body, 3 in gastric fundus , and 2 in gastric ventricali; and showed 15 in intra-luminal,2 in extra-luminal , 4 in both intra-or extra-luminal . The tumour 16 cases of below 5cm in size, 5 cases of over 5 cm in size ; 17 cases of the tumor forms a sharp angle to stomach wal ;on enhanced CT scan, 18 lesions showed marked- enhancement ,and 3 cases of slight – enhancement. 5 cases of hepatic metastases, 1 cases of lymph node metastasis and the metastatic focus on omentum .Conclusions there are the features of the spiral CT scen of gastric stromal tumors; and ifferential diagnosis of other forestomach neoplasms.
