目的研究持续性高眼压状态下闭角型青光眼小梁切除术的临床效果.方法对60例持续性高眼压状态下闭角型青光眼患者进行小梁切除手术并进行术后随访调查,将调查结果进行记录和分析.结果所有60例患者的小梁切除手术均很成功,手术过程中没有脉络膜爆发性出血且所有患者手术后均未出现严重的并发症.结论对持续性高眼压状态下闭角型青光眼患者实施小梁切除手术安全、可靠,值得临床上广泛的推广和应用.

Objective: To study the persistent high intraocular pressure angle closure glaucoma trabeculectomy clinical effect. Methods: 60 cases with persistent high intraocular pressure of patients with angle closure glaucoma by trabeculectomy operation and postoperative folow-up investigation, the findings were recorded and analyzed. Results: Al patients were very successful operation, during the operation process without choroidal hemorrhage,after that al patients explosive and there were no serious complication. Conclusion: The persistent high intraocular pressure of patients with angle closure glaucoma trabeculectomy operation implementation safey, reliable.
