目的探究与分析孟鲁司特钠治疗108例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法选取我院呼吸内科收治的儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘216例并将其作为研究对象(经本人及家长同意),按照患者意愿分为甲,乙两组,每组均为108名患者.甲组为实验组,我院采用孟鲁司特钠口服给药的治疗方案;乙组为对照组,采用抗炎平喘药糖皮质激素布地奈德的治疗方案.通过一段时间的治疗,观察并分析两组患者经不同的治疗方案治疗后的临床疗效.结果甲乙两组患者经过不同的治疗方案治疗后,甲组患者的治疗有效人数较乙组高,并且哮喘次数,气短,出汗,焦虑以及咳嗽等症状显著减少,P<0.05,具有统计学意义.结论在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗过程中,孟鲁司特钠的治疗方案比较传统呼吸内科使用糖皮质激素的治疗方案疗效更佳显著,副作用明显减少,因此在临床上具有一定的指导意义.

objectives:To discuss and nanalyse clinical curative effect of using montelukast sodium to treat 108 cases of children cough variant asthma.Methods:Chose 216 cases of those children cough variant asthma patients who have been admitted at respiratory medicine department of our hospital as study objectives(permitted by themselves and their parents),divided them into the first and the second group according to their wilingness,each group has 108 cases of patients.The first group was experimental group,gave oral administration of montelukast sodium as treatment to them;The second group was control group,adopted anti-inflammatory antiasthmatic glucocorticoid budesonide as treatment to them.Observed and analysed thes etwo groups’ patients’ clinical curative effects after they have been treated by different methods for a period of time. Results:After treated by different methods,the treatment effective number in the first group was more than the second group’s,and their symptoms of asthma frequencies,breathe hard, perspire,anxiety and cough were decreased significantly,p<0.05,it has statistics meaning.Conclusions:With regard to treatment for children cough variant asthma,montelukast sodium’s clinical curative effect was better than glucocorticoid’s,and its side effects diminished significantly,therefore,it has some degree of guiding value in clinical.
