目的探讨柴芍六君汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效及安全性.方法选择本院2010年-2012年门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组口服给予拉米夫定,观察组患者接受柴芍六君汤联合拉米夫定治疗,对治疗前、后的肝功能、以及临床疗效和不良反应情况.结果两组患者治疗后各项肝功指标均有所好转,其中观察组在治疗后24和48周各项指标改善程度上显著好于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应率无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论柴芍六君汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床效果显著,能够快速和安全的改善肝功能,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang combined with lamivudine in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B from May 2010 to April 2012 of our hospital were divided into two groups and each for 30. Patients in control group were given lamivudine, other patients in observation group were given Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang combined with lamivudine, the HBV-DNA levels, liver function, HBeAg seroconversion, effect and bad reaction were compared. Results Al the liver function index were improved after treatment, and liver index of observation group 24 and 48 weeks after treatment were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05), and the total efficiency rate of observation rate was 96.7%, higher than control group, and there was no difference between two groups in bad reaction rate(P>0.05). Conclusion Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang combined with lamivudine in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B has a better effect and can fast and safety improve the liver function.
