目的评价优质护理服务在产科开展的效果.方法对2010年10月至2012年5月800名入院患者开展优质护理服务,通过采取责任护士相对固定的排班模式,拓展护理服务内容,实行母婴床旁护理,健康教育制度化,个体化,简化护理文件书写.结果增加了护患沟通,密切了护患关系,增强了病人对护士的信任感,提升了护士专业价值,提高了护士工作的主动性,提高了产妇及家属他们自我护理和新生儿照护的能力,将良好的母婴照护延续到家里,增加了病人的满意度,患者、医生及护士的满意度分别由原来的93.73%、90.25%、88.65%,上升到现在的98.46%、94.77%、92.32,生活护理时间由8.27%上升到18.25%,护理书写时间由14.65%下降到9.29%.结论开展优质护理服务活动提高了护理工作质量,提高了患者医生护士满意度,促进了护理事业的发展.

Objective: Evaluate the effect of high quality nursing service in obstetrical department.Method:800 patients who was in hospital during August 2010 to May were provided high quality nursing service, by taking fixed scheduling model of responsibility nurses, expanding the nursing service content,taking mother and child bedside care,making health educationg institutionalization and individuation,Simplifing nursing documents writing.Result: The communication between nurse and patient are increased,the relationship between nurse and patient was getting closer,the truast of the patient to the nurse was increased,the nurses' professional values and the nurse work initiative was improved,the ability of self care and taking care of the newborns of the puerpera and the family were improved.And good maternal and child care continue to home, increase the patient's satisfaction.Patients, doctors, and nurses' satisfaction increased respectively from 93.73%, 90.25%, 88.65%, to 98.46%, 94.77%, 92.32% at present.Life caring time rose from 8.27% to 18.25%, nursing writing time dropped from 14.65% to 9.29%.Conclusion:Providing high quality nursing service improved the quality of nursing work, and increased the patient,doctor,and the nurse's satisfaction, promoted the development of nursing career.
