目的通过头部冰帽降温时使用忌冷部位保护套和传统毛巾折叠保护头部忌冷部位临床应用效果进行比较.方法将头部降温时使用忌冷部位保护套设为实验组,传统毛巾折叠保护忌冷部位设为对照组.结果实验组和对照组分别从冻疮和压疮的发生率进行比较,发现实验组和对照组在冻疮和压疮的发生率方面有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论头部降温时忌冷部位保护套的使用,比传统方法更能有效地保护头部忌冷部位,防止冻伤和压疮的发生,同时保证降温效果,并且戴脱方便,避免护士在传统方法中更换冰帽时反复折叠毛巾的动作,由此减轻护士的工作时间和工作量,并且外形平整美观.适合 ICU 和普通病房使用,易于推广.
