目的观察羟基喜树碱注射液治疗系统性硬皮病患者的临床疗效.方法20例系统性硬皮病患者采用自身交叉对照法,按平衡随机原则将患者分为2组,每组10例,一组先治疗3月,然后观察3月,另一组反之.治疗组用药:羟基喜树碱、强的松、秋水仙碱.对照组用药:除停用羟基喜树碱外,余治疗相同.结果治疗组患者的皮肤硬度积分、关节功能积分、最大齿距、最大指距及血透明质酸浓度均显著改善(P〈0.01).结论羟基喜树碱治疗系统性硬皮病疗效显著,不良反应少.
목적관찰간기희수감주사액치료계통성경피병환자적림상료효.방법20례계통성경피병환자채용자신교차대조법,안평형수궤원칙장환자분위2조,매조10례,일조선치료3월,연후관찰3월,령일조반지.치료조용약:간기희수감、강적송、추수선감.대조조용약:제정용간기희수감외,여치료상동.결과치료조환자적피부경도적분、관절공능적분、최대치거、최대지거급혈투명질산농도균현저개선(P〈0.01).결론간기희수감치료계통성경피병료효현저,불량반응소.
Objective To observe the effects of Hydroxycamptothecin in patients with systemic sclerosis.Methods 20 patients with systemic sclerosis were first observed by self-cross-over control study,then divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Hydroxycamptothecin,prednisone and colchicin for 3 months,then stopped using Hydroxycamptothecin and continued treating with the others for next 3 monhts.Conversely for the control group.Results After the treatment,the skin hardness integration,the joint function integration,the maximum thready gingival sweling,the maximum span,and the level of serum hyaluronic acid were significantly ameliorated than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hydroxycamptothecin is a safe and potent immunosuppressive agent in treatment for patients with systemic sclerosis.
