目的提高对激素依赖性皮炎的临床认识及诊治方法.方法回顾性分析92例面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床表现与治疗.结果患者以青年女性居多.主要表现为面部皮肤红斑、干燥、痛痒.停用激素药物,口服抗组胺药物、抗感染治疗可获良好效果.结论激素依赖性皮炎的诊断需结合临床特征与病史,药物治疗可以控制症状.

Objective: To promote the understanding of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Ninety two cases of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis were retrospectively studied, by reviewing the clinical manifestations and therapeutic regimens. Results: The symptoms of al the patients, most of them were young female. The main symptoms were erythema, drying and hurts. The patients were effectively treated with oral antihistamines and anti-infection. Conclusion: The diagnosis of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis on is mainly based on clinical manifestations and history. The remission could be successfuly achieved by the medications.
