围绝经期是妇女卵巢功能逐渐衰退到消失的一个过渡时期,在此时期,由于卵巢内分泌功能逐渐衰退,生育能力消失,生殖器官也逐渐萎缩,妇女体内的内分泌环境发生很大变化,部分妇女可出现一系列以植物神经功能失调为主的症状,常影响工作和学习.正确的围绝经期妇女保健及护理,有助于妇女顺利渡过围绝经期,提高身体素质,减少围绝经期妇女常见病的发生.为此我科今年开设了围绝经期咨询门诊并在病房开设了围经期妇女专题讲课.为使宣教更有针对性,更好的给予围绝经期妇女健康指导和护理,我们设计了问卷调查,旨在了解围绝经期妇女自我保健的知行信状况,为进一步有针对性地开展围绝经期妇女健康教育提供方向.
