目的观察10d 序贯疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)阳性患者的临床疗效.方法将符合条件的 HP 阳性患者110例随机分成两组,分别用标准三联疗法和10d 序贯疗法治疗,治疗结束后4周采用13C 呼气试验检测 HP,阴性为 HP 根除,比较治疗效果.结果标准三联疗法根除率为72.7%,10d 序贯疗法根除率为92.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论10d 序贯疗法 HP 根除率高,不良反应少.可作为首选治疗方法.

목적관찰10d 서관요법대유문라간균(Helicobacter pylori,HP)양성환자적림상료효.방법장부합조건적 HP 양성환자110례수궤분성량조,분별용표준삼련요법화10d 서관요법치료,치료결속후4주채용13C 호기시험검측 HP,음성위 HP 근제,비교치료효과.결과표준삼련요법근제솔위72.7%,10d 서관요법근제솔위92.7%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05).결론10d 서관요법 HP 근제솔고,불량반응소.가작위수선치료방법.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the 10d sequential therapy for Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, Hp) positive patients. Methods 110 patients with Hp positive were randomly divided into two groups, therapeutic group and control group , theating with the standard triple therapy and 10d sequential therapy .We detect Hp by 13C urea breath test 4 weeks after the end of treatment. comparing the treatment effect. Results Standard triple therapy eradication rate was 72.7%, whereas 10d sequential therapy eradication rate was 92.7%, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hp eradication rate of 10d sequential therapy was hingher than control group.It may be the preferred treatment method.
