目的探讨碘伏擦洗联达克宁栓(规格为400mg)塞药治疗糖尿病患者真菌性包皮龟头炎的应用效果.方法选择36例糖尿病真菌性包皮龟头炎患者应用碘伏擦洗联达克宁栓塞药治疗1次/日,连续3天.结果36例患者连续治疗3天,痊愈24例,显效12例,总有效率100%.结论碘伏擦洗联达克宁栓塞药治疗糖尿病患者霉菌性包皮龟头炎用药方法简单,经济、安全、疗程短,应用效果满意,且降低了护士的人力成本,临床上宜推广使用.
