With numerous medical academic conferences held extensively, it has become an important issue to make the conferences proceed intensively. In this process the organizer has to make their ful effort to gain the complete success of the conferences. During the long-time work the author have acquired lots of experience and learning, which wil be ilustrated in this article in order to discuss with other readers and support guidelines for the success of the medical academic conferences.
