目的探讨泼尼松、环磷酰胺、阿斯匹林治疗小血管炎性肾炎的临床效果以及不良反应.方法将103例小血管炎性肾炎患者随机分为A组与B组,两组均给予泼尼松和调节血脂等基础治疗,A组给予环磷酰胺、阿斯匹林治疗,B组不给予环磷酰胺、阿斯匹林治疗;疗程:均为16周.结果 A组24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐、血脂、血浆白蛋白、贫血、血压等指标的改善、泼尼松的用量和复发率等明显优于B组.结论泼尼松、环磷酰胺、阿斯匹林治疗小血管炎性肾炎的效果明显好于单纯泼尼松、调节血脂等治疗的效果.
