目的研究并分析小剂量糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱对老年哮喘患者的临床治疗效果.方法选取我院门诊收治的280例老年哮喘患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均为2009年12月—2012年10月期间所收治的,将其进行随机分组,即对照组:140例患者运用单纯糖皮质激素的方式进行治疗;观察组:140例患者运用小剂量糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱进行治疗,对比对照组与观察组患者的临床治疗效果.结果观察组患者中,临床治疗显效89例,有效46例,无效5例,治疗的总有效率为96.43﹪,与对照组患者的82例、41例、17例,和87.86﹪相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.57﹪,相比于对照组患者的9.29﹪,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论运用小剂量糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱对老年哮喘患者进行治疗疗效确切,安全有效,值得推广.

objective: to study and the analysis of smal dose glucocorticoid joint aminophyline in elderly patients with asthma clinical therapeutic effect. The observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate of 3.57﹪, compared to 9.29﹪ of the patients in control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: using smal dose glucocorticoid joint aminophyline in elderly patients with asthma treatment effects were positive, safe and effective, and is worth popularizing.
