目的分析并探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)死亡相关因素.方法收集四川大学华西医院自2004年至2009年SLE死亡病例共98例,存活病例共42例,利用Logistic多元回归模型和卡方检验对死亡相关因素作对比分析.结果 SLE死亡的高危因素包括各种感染,狼疮肾炎,狼疮脑病,脏器出血等,C3水平下降、病程、血小板降低、年龄与SLE患者死亡也存在相关关系,但血红蛋白的变化与SLE死亡无相关关系,尚待进一步研究.结论感染是导致SLE患者死亡的首要因素.其它因素也不可忽视.

Objective: To analysis and explore the death factors of systemic lupus erythrmatosus(SLE). Methods: Colect 98 cases in death and 42 cases in survival between 2004 and 2009 from West China Hospital of Sichuan University, by Logistic multiple regression model and card side examination, the factors associated with the deaths are analyzed. Results: The high death factors of SLE are including al Kinds of infections, Lupus Nephritis, Lupus brain ilness,internal organs hemorrhage and so on, the faling level of C3 has relationship with the death of SLE,also including the reduction of the blood- platelet , the age, the course of an ilness,however,the changement of hemoglobin has no relationships with the death of SLE, which needs to be further studied. Conclusion: Complicaions of infections are the first cause leading to the death of SLE patients,at the meantime other factors should be stil noticeable.
