目的评价福辛普利对原发性高血压患者心变异性的影响.方法采用24h动态心电图对正常对照组健康查体者200例、原发性高血压200例,服福辛普利前后心率变异性指标的变化进行分析.结果原发性高血压组与正常对照组相比,全部正常窦性心搏间期标准差(SDNN)、RR间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)、总功率(TP)、低频功率(LF)、高频功率(HF)和低频功率/高频功率(LF/HF)值均显著异常,经福辛普利治疗后血压下降同时心率变异性各项指标均显著改善.结论福辛普利可改善原发性高血压患者的心率变异性.
목적평개복신보리대원발성고혈압환자심변이성적영향.방법채용24h동태심전도대정상대조조건강사체자200례、원발성고혈압200례,복복신보리전후심솔변이성지표적변화진행분석.결과원발성고혈압조여정상대조조상비,전부정상두성심박간기표준차(SDNN)、RR간기평균치적표준차(SDANN)、총공솔(TP)、저빈공솔(LF)、고빈공솔(HF)화저빈공솔/고빈공솔(LF/HF)치균현저이상,경복신보리치료후혈압하강동시심솔변이성각항지표균현저개선.결론복신보리가개선원발성고혈압환자적심솔변이성.
Objective: To evaluate Phu Simpson Leigh on essential hypertension patients with heart variability effect. Methods: using 24h dynamic electrocardiogram in normal control group of 200 healthy persons, 200 cases of primary hypertension with fosinopril, clothing and heart rate variability index changes are analysed. Results: the essential hypertension group compared with the normal control group, al the normal sinus IBI standard deviation ( SDNN ), RR interval average value and standard deviation ( SDANN ), total power ( TP ), low frequency power ( LF ), high frequency power ( HF ) and low frequency power / high frequency power ( LF/HF ) value significant anomaly, the decline in blood pressure after fosinopril treatment while heart rate variability indicators were significantly improved. Conclusion: fosinopril can improve the primary hypertension patients with heart rate variability.
