目的观察农本方配方颗粒剂和中药煎剂治疗艾滋病的临床疗效.方法选取100例艾滋病患者,随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例,在ART抗反转录病毒治疗的基础上分别予农本方中药配方颗粒剂和煎剂口服,以半年为一个时点、治疗一年,观察其治疗前后的症状、CD4+T ?淋巴细胞、肝功能、血常规的变化.结果两组临床症状和上述各项检查无明显差异(P>0.05).结论农本方中药配方颗粒剂可以代替煎剂口服,并可提高患者的依从性.
목적관찰농본방배방과립제화중약전제치료애자병적림상료효.방법선취100례애자병환자,수궤분위관찰조50례화대조조50례,재ART항반전록병독치료적기출상분별여농본방중약배방과립제화전제구복,이반년위일개시점、치료일년,관찰기치료전후적증상、CD4+T ?림파세포、간공능、혈상규적변화.결과량조림상증상화상술각항검사무명현차이(P>0.05).결론농본방중약배방과립제가이대체전제구복,병가제고환자적의종성.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Nong Benfang TCM formula granule and Chinese medicine decoction treatment toward AIDS. Methods:Selected 100 cases of AIDS patients,which were randomly divided into two groups. One is observation group of 50 cases and the other is controled group of 50 patients. Based on ART antiretroviral therapy, two groups were given the Nong Benfang TCM formula granule and decoction oraly. Taking half a year as a point-in-time,two groups were given a year of treatment, we observed the differences of the patients’symptoms 、CD4+ T lymphocytes、 liver function and routine blood before and after treatment. Results:No significant differences in the two sets of clinical symptoms and the above examinations(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nong Benfang TCM formula granule can replace oral Chinese medicine decoction, and it also improves patients’ compliance.
