目的:了解规范化培训护士的针刺伤现状及上报情况,分析其影响因素及相关原因.方法:采用问卷对100名规范化培训护士进行调查.结果:在一月内针刺伤发生率为90﹪,只有13人上报,报告率为14.44﹪;未上报的主要原因包括医院不重视,上报后无处理措施、上报后处理流程太繁琐、认为针刺伤普遍存在等.结论:规范化培训护士存在针刺伤发生率高、报告率低的现象,应积极采取处理措施,保证规范化培训护士的职业安全.

Objective To investigate the standardized training nurses needlestick injury situation and case reports, analysis the influencing factors and the related factors. Methods the questionnaire on 100 standardized training nurses were investigated. Results the incidence of needlestick injuries in January 90﹪, only 13 of people reporting, reporting rate of 14.44﹪; of unreported causes include hospitals do not attach importance to, no treatment measures, after caling the process too complicated, that the widespread presence of needle stab. Conclusion the standardized training nurses in the incidence of needlestick injuries is high, the low rate of reported phenomenon, should take active measures, to ensure the standardized training nurses in the occupation safety.
