目的:急诊及时气管插管对心肺复苏的影响.方法:由急诊科医生用喉镜经口明视下作紧急气管内插管,护士协助快速有效的建立人工通气道,为心肺复苏成功提供重要生命支持.结果:247例插管成功,18例插管失败;复苏成功184例,无效死亡81例.结论:在紧急状态下第一时间开放气道,进行有效的人工通气或机械通气,能有效提高心肺复苏成功率.
목적:급진급시기관삽관대심폐복소적영향.방법:유급진과의생용후경경구명시하작긴급기관내삽관,호사협조쾌속유효적건립인공통기도,위심폐복소성공제공중요생명지지.결과:247례삽관성공,18례삽관실패;복소성공184례,무효사망81례.결론:재긴급상태하제일시간개방기도,진행유효적인공통기혹궤계통기,능유효제고심폐복소성공솔.
Objective:emergency timely trachea intubation on cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats. Methods:by the emergency department physician with the emergency endotracheal intubation under photopic, nurses assisted the rapid and effective establishment of artificial airway, for successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation provides important life support.Results:247 cases were successful, 18 cases of failed intubation; resuscitation was successful in 184 cases, died in 81 cases.Conclusion:state of emergency in the first time to open the airway, effective artificial ventilation or mechanical ventilation, can effectively improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
