目的:利用Bland-Altman分析评价实时三维超声心动图测量左室非同步化指数的重复性及再现性.方法:利用Acuson SC2000实时三维超声心动图自动测量功能对45例自愿者非同步化指数进行测量,两位检查者对同一自愿者分别测量两次,第一次测量用来比较不同检查间的一致性即再现性,第二次测量用来比较检查内的重复性.结果:甲医师的重复性限是2*0.548=1.09,乙医师的重复性限是2*0.542=1.08,不同操作者之间的一致性界限是(-0.029±1.96*0.6532).结论:实时三维超声心动图测量左室非同步化指数具有较好的重复性和再现性,该方法具有较好的稳定性,是一种适用于临床和相关研究的新技术.

Objectiv Evaluation of the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography measurement repeatability and agreement of the indices of left ventricular non-synchronization by the Bland-Altman analysis. Methods 45 cases of voluntary were measured twice by the Acuson SC2000 real-time three-dimensional echocardiography automatic measurement function of non-synchronization index,which the first time measurements are used to compare different examiner agreement,and the second measurement is used to compare the same examiner repeatability.Result A physician repeatability coefficient is 2 * 0.5481 = 1.09ms, B physician repeatability coefficient is 2 * 0.5420 = 1.08ms,The limits of agreement between the different examiners is (-0.029 ± 1.96 * 0.6532).Conclusions The real-time three-dimensional echocardiographic measurements of left ventricular non-synchronized index has good repeatability and agreement and the method has good stability ,which is a new technologiy for clinical and research .
