建立亚洲鼻炎丸(防风、甘草等)的质量控制方法.方法采用TLC法对防风和甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC去对升麻素苷进行定量分析.色谱柱为Agela technologies C18(4.6×150mm 5μm),流动相:以甲醇-水(27:73);体积流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm.结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;升麻素苷进样量在0.0424~0.424μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.15%.结论所建立的方法能准确可靠地进行定性、定量检测,重复性好,可作为本品的质量控制方法.

AIM To establish the quality control methods of Yazhou Biyan Wan(Saposhnikoviae Radlx,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhixoma etc.).METHODS TLC was prformed t identify Saposhnikoviae Radlx,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhixoma in Gukang capsules.HPLC was used to dtrmine the contents of Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin .The gradint elutiou was performed on a Agela technologies C18 column(4.6×150mm 5μm);with methanol-water(27:73).The flow was 1.0mL/min.the detection wavelength was set at 254nm. RESULTS The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference. The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.0424~0.424μg for Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin ,and the average recovery was 102.3﹪(RSD was 1.15﹪). CONCLUSION The methods are simple ,reliable,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Gukang capsules.
