目的:探讨后外侧入路在踝关节骨折手术中的临床应用效果.方法:将我院2010年3月~2012年12月间收治的96例踝关节骨折患者随机分为后外侧入路治疗组(观察组)和前侧小切口治疗组(对照组),每组各48例,观察两组患者的骨折愈合时间、内固定情况以及踝关节功能恢复情况.结果:两组患者术后行X线片检查均提示内固定良好,其中观察组患者骨折平均愈合时间为(4.2±0.6)个月,对照组患者骨折平均愈合时间为(4.4±0.5)个月,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者疗效优良率为91.7﹪,显著高于对照组患者的75.0﹪,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用后外侧入路切口治疗踝关节骨折临床疗效好,能够显著改善患者的关节运动功能,值得临床进一步推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of posterolateral approach operation in treatment of ankle joint fracture. Methods 96 cases of ankle joint fracture in our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 December were randomly divided into posterolateral approach treatment group (observation group) and a front smal incisions treatment group (control group), 48 cases in each group, observed the fracture healing time, fixation and the function of ankle joint recovery of patients in two groups. Results Al patients showed good internal fixation, the average fracture healing time of patients in observation group was (4.2±0.6) months, the average fracture healing time of patients in the control group was (4.4±0.5) months, the differences between two groups was not statisticaly significant (P>0.05). The excelent and good rate of patients in observation group was 91.7﹪, significantly higher than that in control group (75﹪), the difference between two groups was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking posterolateral approach operation in treatment of ankle joint fracture hass good clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the function of joint movement, it is worthy of further clinical using.
