目的:分析国产吻合器在保肛治疗低位直肠癌的疗效及相关问题.方法:对我院2008年3月-2012年8月收治中老年低位直肠癌行保肛手术回顾分析.结果:本组低位直肠癌患者施行保肛手术,吻合口瘘一例,患者生活质量提高.无手术死亡.结论:国产吻合器在保肛手术治疗低位直肠癌选择合适的适应症,是可行的,效果好,费用低,提高患者生存质量.适合在广大基层医院推广使用.

objective: to analyze domestic stapling the anus in the curative effect of treatment for low rectal cancer and related problems. Methods: in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2008 were elderly low rectal cancer: the anus surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results: this group of patients with low rectal cancer of the anus surgery, anastomotic fistula and patients quality of life improved. No operative death. Conclusion: domestic stapling in the anus surgery treatment for low rectal cancer to choose the appropriate indications, is feasible, good effect, low cost, and improve their quality of life. Suitable for used in the primary hospitals.
