目的:研究应用软通道微创液化引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效.方法:对98例高血压性脑出血患者,在 CT 引导下,依据血肿的形态、大小及患者的病情,选择适宜穿刺点、方向,行 CT 平面导向下的微创液化引流术清除血肿.结果:98例患者,死亡13例,病死率13.3%,痊愈25例.显著进步38例,进步16例,无变化6例.结论:应用软通道微创液化引流治疗高血压脑出血能最大限度清除血肿,避免或减轻并发症,具有较大的优越性.

목적:연구응용연통도미창액화인류술치료고혈압성뇌출혈적료효.방법:대98례고혈압성뇌출혈환자,재 CT 인도하,의거혈종적형태、대소급환자적병정,선택괄의천자점、방향,행 CT 평면도향하적미창액화인류술청제혈종.결과:98례환자,사망13례,병사솔13.3%,전유25례.현저진보38례,진보16례,무변화6례.결론:응용연통도미창액화인류치료고혈압뇌출혈능최대한도청제혈종,피면혹감경병발증,구유교대적우월성.
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of minimaly invasive therapy of soft channel in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:CT was performed to show the form and volume of intracerebral hemoerrhage hematoma before the surgery,and to determine the suitable point and direction of puncture .The hematoma was eliminated by minimaly invasive aspiration and drainage which was guided under CT large image . Resultes:98 cases were received the minimaly invasive therapy of soft channel ,13 cases died(mortality rate 13.3%).25 cases cured,38 cases improved significantly ,16 cases improved(made progress),6 cases no change .Conclusion:Minimal invasive therapy of soft channel of hypertensive cerebral homorrhage has great superiority,such as it can elimination most part of the hematoma,and avoiding or decreasing comlpications.
