该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法,对玉林师范学院学生的体育行为进行统计检验与分析,目的是了解影响大学生体育行为的因素,为学校相关主管部门以及体育教师提供理论指导和参考依据.结果表明:运动场所、课外体育、体育信息对不同年级学生体育行为影响没有差异(P>0.05),而器材设施、体育教学与体育制度对不同年级学生体育行为影响具有显著差异(P<0.05);学校体育环境对男生的体育行为影响程度高于女生(P<0.05);大学生对科学健身方法的了解匮乏,对不同年级学生体育行为影响具有显著差异(P<0.05),而对不同性别学生体育行为影响没有差异(P>0.05).研究结论:体育教学环境的好坏,直接影响大学生的体育行为,大学生对科学健身方法的认知是决定其体育行为的关键因素,人和环境交互行为是决定大学生体育行为的效应因素.

By the methods of document literature, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper did the statistic test and analysis of the sports behavior of students from Yulin Normal College to know the factors which influence the sports behaviors of the students, and to provide theoretical direction and reference for the relevant authorities of the school and the gym teachers. The results showed that:the playground, the extracurricular sports and the sports information had no obvious different impacts on the sports behavior of different students, but the impacts from the device and facilities, sports teaching and sports system on the sports behavior of students from different grades were obviously different. The impacts from the sports environment of the school on the boys were greater than that of the girls;the impacts from the lack of knowing the scientific bodybuilding method on the sports behavior of different students had obvious difference; and there was no difference for the impacts on the sports behavior of different genders. Conclusion:sports teaching environment directly influences the sports behavior of the students;the cognition of the scientific bodybuilding method of the students is the crucial factor which determines their sports behavior;the interaction between human and the environment is the effect factor which determines the sports behavior of students.
