Vocational skill training is one of the core goals in teacher’s major teaching plan. This paper discusses how to cultivate students’ vocational skills from three aspects, including experimental skill, teaching skill and the research skill. The effectiveness and feasibility of post practice and replacing training model are particularly analyzed. The existing problems and countermeasures are pointed out too.
