我们传统的教育方式是教师为主导,在课堂上扮演着绝对主角的角色.案例式教学不应该仅仅是运用案例使学生更好的掌握理论知识,也应该让学生参与到案例的编写,从中可以使学生的兴趣充分的发挥.教师转变其主角的位置,从引导方面发挥其作用,让学生充分的在课堂上发散思维,而不只是跟着教师的思路走.引入案例式教学的意义和作用有利于活跃课堂氛围,增强学生之间的讨论;提高教师的教学质量,培养学生的主观能动性与找到归属感;有利于理论联系实际,更好的把握理论的运用.学生在案例式教学中的作用主要体现在四个方面:学习效率的提升;促进教学;评估;反馈.

Case teaching method should not only focus on teaching theory through cases; it should encourage student participate more in compiling of cases used in teaching, so as to stimulate students’ interest. In the traditional classroom, teacher plays an absolutely leading role. However, in case teaching method, teacher needs to shift from the leading role to a supportive one, so that students can participate more actively and creatively in the classroom. The significance of introducing case teaching method in legal education includes, activating the atmosphere of the classroom and promoting students’ discussion; improving teaching quality; cultivating students’ subjectivity and sense of belonging; linking theory with practice, so as to between understand theory. The role of students playing in case teaching method mainly embodies in four aspects:enhancing learning efficiency;promoting teaching;assessment;and feedback
