在西双版纳,以4个优良莲雾品种为研究对象,采用人工模拟低温环境方法,比较了不同低温条件和不同持续时间对莲雾叶片生理生化指标的影响,采用综合指数法评价了不同莲雾品种的抗寒性,结果表明,4个莲雾品种除相对电导率随着低温处理时间的延长一直在不断升高外,其它几个抗寒指标变化趋势基本上都是先升后降,各指标最高值出现时间不一样;SOD活力在48 h达到最高值,丙二醛含量在120 h时达到最高值;在2 oC条件下,不同持续时间各品种的综合抗寒指数由高到低的顺序为白钻>金达宝石>飞弹>黑珍珠,与0℃时各品种综合抗寒指数表现顺序一致.在0 oC、5 oC、10 oC、20 oC条件下,各品种的综合抗寒指数由高到低的顺序为金达宝石>飞弹>黑珍珠.

Experiment of four wax-apple varieties(namely No1. to No.4)was conducted under artificial low temperature condi-tion in Xishuangbanna. The effect of temperatures and the duration on wax-apple leaf physiological and biochemical indexes was studied. Their cold tolerance was evaluated using the comprehensive index method. The results showed that relative electri-cal conductivity is getting rise with low temperature time prolonged, and the other indexes changed as follow:increased, then decreased. And the highest values appear at different times. SOD reaches the maximum value in 48 hours, MOD in 120 hours. Different low temperature and duration, the comprehensive cold tolerance of wax-apple are 2>4>3>1 at 2℃, so is at 0℃. The comprehensive cold tolerance of wax-apple at 0 oC, 5 oC, 10 oC and 20 oC is in order of 4>3>1, but varieties No.2, 3 and 4 under different low temperatures remained to be further studied.
