A 71-year-old male patient diagnosed with gastric cancer was treated with chemotherapy after gastric radical surgery. clinical pharmacist assisted doctors to choose the best chemotherapy regimen, calculated drug dosages to implement individual administration, counseled the patient on common adverse drug reactions of chemotherapy and provided necessary pharmaceutical care and reasonable suggestion. Meanwhile, clinical pharmacist developed pharmaceutical care strategies a variety of adverse reactions by close observation of patients with liver function and gave the patient discharge instructions.
