Lantana camara contains the rich, diverse secondary compounds. In this paper the L. camara and its secondary compounds in medicine, pest control, landscaping and other aspects of the utilizations of profiles were reviewed in order to recognize the value of this controversial plant and offer some basic information for its comprehensive development and utilization.
