秦山三厂每台机组采用2台备用柴油发电机(SDG)作为电站III级电源的备用电源,在电站失去IV级电源时向III级电源供电,其功能用于反应堆安全停堆、堆芯衰变热导出以及放射性包容.因此作为应急电源,备用柴油发电机需要具备较高的可靠性.特别是在福岛事件发生后,更凸显其重要性.顺序带载器是备用柴油发电机的一个主要功能模块,机组失去IV级电源后,备用柴油发电机自动启动并按照一定顺序加载重要的负荷.本文主要分析顺序带载器在重水核电厂的实践应用及其优化.

The standby diesel generator system provides the power supply to the various loads designated as class III. A class III system is defined as an ac power supply that is subject to short interruptions and is sufficiently reliable to ensure safe shut-down and decay heat removal when the plant has lost class IV power. The load sequencing system will automatically load the standby diesel generator system after the generator is stabilized at rated voltage and frequency. The sequence below will be used as the programmed loading sequenced steps at the designated time intervals. Especially after Fukushima Daiichi accident and re-sponse, SDG system became more and more important system. this paper main analyze the sequencer practice applications and optimization modifications.
