智能电能表主要用途是计量电能,是供用电之间结算电费的依据.电能计量的关键参数之一是时间,而智能电能表内置晶振是产生时间的关键元件,其准确性和可靠性直接关系到智能电能表的计量是否公平、公正和准确.本文收集了国内外同晶振检测相关的标准,针对晶振的特性确定了电参数、机械特性参数和环境温度参数的检测方法,并对不同厂家的晶振进行了测试分析,验证了检测方法的正确性和实施性.

The main purpose of smart meters is to measure electricity, and they are the main bases of the settlement relation between power enterprise and users. One of the most parameters is time, and the crystal oscillator is one of key elements. So its accuracy and reliability directly are related to smart meter measuring whether a fair, impartial and accurate. This paper collected at home and abroad with crystal oscillator detection related standard, and the testing methods are put forward about the electric parameters, the mechanical characteristic parameters and environmental temperature parameters.
