由于管道全位置TIG焊过程中重力等因素的影响,弧长调节的阻力是不断变化的,设计的可变增益PID控制器,针对不同的偏差范围进行电弧电压控制来改善其控制品质,取得了较好的控制效果.电弧电压的调节精度达到了设定最大值的±2%或0.2V,满足实际厚壁管道全位置焊接弧长保持稳定的工艺要求.

Because the pipeline all position TIG welding process is affected by the gravity and other factors, resistance of the arc length adjustment is constantly changed. Aim at different deviation range of arc voltage, changeable gain PID controller is designed. It is used to improve the control quality of arc voltage, and good control effect is obtained. Arc voltage regulation ac-curacy reaches ±2%or 0.2V of the set maximum value. This satisfies process requirements of the arc length to maintain the sta-bility in actual thick wall pipeline all-position welding.
