环氧树脂的固化程度直接影响其使用价值,而固化工艺又是能影响固化程度的主要因素.为了更准确的对环氧树脂进行固化度的测定,本文采用介电法对环氧树脂的固化过程进行介电参数变化的动态监控,并给出介质损耗测试系统中变频测量的重要部分—单相逆变电源的设计方法,对所设计的逆变电路进行MATLAB软件仿真.并将所设计的测试系统应用于试验,依据试验结果确定环氧树脂的固化程度.

The use of epoxy resin is directly affected by the curing degree which is closely depending on the curing process. The dielectric method is used to monitor the parameters changes, thus the curing degree can be calculated more accurately at the time of the curing process. The single-phase inverter power supply, the core part of the test system, is designed and developed. The simulation is performed to verify the feasibility of circuit by use of MATLAB. Using this system, some test of the Epoxy Resin at different curing condition is finished and some useful curves are obtained.
