微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长约18~25个核苷酸的非编码单链小分子RNA,越来越多的研究表明,其与肿瘤的发生有关.甲基化调节是表观遗传学重要内容.结直肠癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.目前很多研究倾向于将两者结合起来,探讨其在肿瘤发生、发展中的机制以及临床应用价值,本文就近年来的相关研究作一综述.

? MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules about 18-25 nucleotide, a growing number of studies have shown that it is associated with neoplasia. Methylated regulation is an important part of epigenetic. Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in human, many studies began to integrate the two aspects, trying to find the neoplasia mechanism and its clinical application values. In this paper, we reviewed related studies in recent years.
