研究了茶氨酸在一种阴离子交换树脂HZ-202上的动态吸附与解吸过程,确定了HZ-202阴离子交换树脂吸附解吸茶氨酸的较优操作参数.结果表明,HZ-202对茶氨酸有较好的吸附能力,动态吸附的较优参数为茶氨酸浓度1.0 mg·mL-1、上样流速0.75 mL·min-1、料液pH值6、料液温度25℃,吸附率超过98%;洗脱的较优参数为洗脱剂NaOH浓度为0.02 mol·L-1、洗脱速度0.75 mL·min-1下,解吸率为86.22%.
研究瞭茶氨痠在一種陰離子交換樹脂HZ-202上的動態吸附與解吸過程,確定瞭HZ-202陰離子交換樹脂吸附解吸茶氨痠的較優操作參數.結果錶明,HZ-202對茶氨痠有較好的吸附能力,動態吸附的較優參數為茶氨痠濃度1.0 mg·mL-1、上樣流速0.75 mL·min-1、料液pH值6、料液溫度25℃,吸附率超過98%;洗脫的較優參數為洗脫劑NaOH濃度為0.02 mol·L-1、洗脫速度0.75 mL·min-1下,解吸率為86.22%.

The adsorption and desorption behaviors of L-theanine with HZ-202 anion exchange resin were investigated. The dynamic kinetics of HZ-202 anion exchange resin was studied, and the optimum parameters of adsorption were procured. It was shown that the pH value and concentration of L-theanine, the flow rate and tem-perature affected the kinetic curves of HZ-202 anion exchange resin to L-theanine. The optimum adsorption con-ditions were the flow rate 0.75 mL·min-1, sample concentration 1.0 mg·mL-1, pH 6, and temperature 25℃;And the optimum desorption conditions were the eluent flow rate 0.75 mL·min-1, eluent concentration 0.02 mol·L-1. In these conditions, the adsorption rate was 98%, while the desorption rate was 86.22%.
