目的:探讨应用疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死( ACI)的临床疗效.方法:120例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组用疏血通注射液6mL 静脉滴注,每日1次,14天为1个疗程;对照组采用复方丹参注射液40ml静脉输注,每日1次,14天为1个疗程.经过14天治疗,对比观察两组患者神经功能缺损评分、总有效率.结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05).治疗组总有效率为88.06%,对照组为67.10%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05).结论:应用疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死可有效促进患者康复,并且安全、简便和可靠.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction ( ACI ) were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Therapy group was given Shuxuetong injection 6ml by Intravenous infusion for 14 day,control group was given salvia miltiorrhizae compound injection 40ml by Intravenous infusion for 14 day.The neurologic deficit scale,total effective rate and were observed and compared between the two groups after one course of treatent.Results:The neurologic deficit scale score of the therapy group was significantly lower than of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 88.06%VS.67.10%, P<0.05).Conclusion:ShuXueTong injection is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction,which can promote recovery,and the treatment is safe.
