目的:观察高乌甲素在混合痔术后的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将88例混合痔患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为高乌甲素组、亚甲蓝组进行治疗,分别观察二组用药后的止痛效果,术后并发症以及不良反应.结果:治疗组在术后24小时内在止痛效果、术后并发症均优于对照组(P<O.05).结论:高乌甲素用于混合痔术后镇痛,疗效确切,不良反应小,而且能减少术后肛缘水肿等并发症,值得临床进一步推广.
목적:관찰고오갑소재혼합치술후적림상료효급안전성.방법:장88례혼합치환자안취진선후순서수궤분위고오갑소조、아갑람조진행치료,분별관찰이조용약후적지통효과,술후병발증이급불량반응.결과:치료조재술후24소시내재지통효과、술후병발증균우우대조조(P<O.05).결론:고오갑소용우혼합치술후진통,료효학절,불량반응소,이차능감소술후항연수종등병발증,치득림상진일보추엄.
[Absract]0bjective: To evaluate the curative effect and safety of lappaconitine in the treatment after the Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery. Methods:88 patients with Mixed Hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups. After the surgery ,in the control group,whose was applied lappaconitine and the wound was applied Methylene blue in the study group.The analgesic effect was analyzed as well as the side effects. Post-operative complications also was been observed.Results: The observing group could improve the Analgesic effect, decrease post-operative complications within 24 hours after surgery. Its effect was better than control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:lappaconitine plays a remarkable role in improving the Analgesic effect with few adverse effects, with little Post-operative complications, which is good for clinical application.
