目的:探讨治疗肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病患者的有效办法.方法:采用一次性肛周脓肿根治术配合胰岛素调控血糖治疗.结果:通过对20例患者的临床治疗,总有效率可达100%.结论:严格控制血糖的基础上,运用本术式对肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病患者具有很大的临床应用价值,有广泛的发展空间.
目的:探討治療肛週膿腫閤併2型糖尿病患者的有效辦法.方法:採用一次性肛週膿腫根治術配閤胰島素調控血糖治療.結果:通過對20例患者的臨床治療,總有效率可達100%.結論:嚴格控製血糖的基礎上,運用本術式對肛週膿腫閤併2型糖尿病患者具有很大的臨床應用價值,有廣汎的髮展空間.
목적:탐토치료항주농종합병2형당뇨병환자적유효판법.방법:채용일차성항주농종근치술배합이도소조공혈당치료.결과:통과대20례환자적림상치료,총유효솔가체100%.결론:엄격공제혈당적기출상,운용본술식대항주농종합병2형당뇨병환자구유흔대적림상응용개치,유엄범적발전공간.
Objective:To investigate the treatment of perianal abscess in patients with type 2 diabetes and effective measures. Methods:using disposable perianal abscess with radical operation with the insulin regulation of glucose treatment. Results:20 cases of patients with clinical treatment, the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion:strict glycemic control on the basis of this type of operation, use of perianal abscess complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with great clinical application value, have wide development space.
