随着医疗制度的改革和医学模式的不断转变,国家大力开展社区卫生服务,对于社区护士的需求越来越多,如何提高护生的社区实践能力也日趋重要.本文在总结社区护理实践教学的基础上,结合国内外相关文献,分析现阶段我国社区护理实践教学中存在的问题,探讨了《社区护理》课程实践教学的切实可行的有效方法,以寻求社区护理实践教学在实践内容和时间、带教师资以及实践基地建设的改进方案.

With the health care system reform and the changing medical model, the state vigorously carry out community health services, the demand for more and more community nurses, nursing students how to improve the ability of communities of practice are becoming increasingly important. This paper summarizes the teaching of community nursing practice based on the combination of relevant literature, analysis of this stage of community nursing practice teaching problems, to explore the 《Community Care》program of practice teaching practical and effective ways to care for the community content and practice teaching in the practice time with teachers and practice base of capital improvement program.
