目的:评价国产奥氮平长期治疗男性首发精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应.方法:本研究采用自然观察研究方法,结合全病程管理模式对研究对象进行1年的随访研究.共50例符合国际疾病分类第十次修订本(ICD-10)的男性首发精神分裂症纳入本研究,给予可变剂量的国产奥氮平治疗.采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应.结果:治疗第3,6,12月末的有效率分别为84%(42/50),89%(44/49),89%(44/49),1年末有1例脱落,共有5例复发,奥氮平的平均持续治疗时间(10.4±4.7)月,不良反应发生率≥10%为体重增加,嗜睡,乏力.结论:奥氮平长期治疗男性首发精神分裂症有效,安全.

Objective:To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of the domestic olanzapine in the treatment of patients with the male first-episode schizophrenia ,meanwhile to evaluate the adverse events. Methods:It was a one year follow-up study with integrated case management and naturalistic observation. Fifty patients of the male first-episode schizophrenia were included. Patients met ICD-10 criteria for schizophrenia and were treated with the domestic olanzapine, the dose of which was not fixed. Clinical status was assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrom Scale(PANSS) and the Treatment Emergent Symptom(TESS). Results:The response rates at the end of 3,6,12 months were 84%(42/50),89%(44/49),89%(44/49),One patients only completed partial follow-up assessments. There 49 patients who achieved response, and 5 of whom relapsed. The mean time to the discontinuation was (10.4±4.7) months(range:1~12 months). The adverse events reported in≥10%of patients were weight gain, somnolence, weak.. Conclusions:Thedomestic olanzapine was effective for patients with the male first-episode schizophrenia and safe.
