隨著機床高速高精度的技術髮展,熱問題已成為影響機床特性的重要因素.從提高機床的固有熱性能齣髮,繫統介紹瞭機床熱特性分析、熱結構優化及其冷卻技術的理論和方法,以及國內外研究現狀,併探討瞭機床“熱設計”理論與技術的最新進展和未來研究重點及趨勢.

Based on how to improve the inherent thermal performance of high speed high precision machine tools,theories and methods about thermal characteristic analysis,thermal structure optimization and cooling technology were introduced systematically in this paper. In order to provide reference for machine tools researchers and designers,the latest progress and technology on thermal design of machine tools were reviewed and research emphasis and directions were also discussed.
