为减少潜器航行的阻力,降低能耗,提高其续航力,针对某潜器,研究了Nystrom流线形的艇型,考虑直径、首尾段长度、首尾段形状系数等的变化,在Gambit中进行了参数化建模.安排了16次拉丁方试验设计,根据Fluent的计算结果,建立了Kriging模型和RSM模型的阻力估算近似模型.并根据近似模型采用连续二次规划法(DONLP)对该潜器型线进行优化,有效地降低了潜器的阻力,得到了满意的艇形.近似模型优化结果表明Kriging模型能真实地反映目标函数的特性,能有效地减少潜器CFD仿真计算耗时,解决类似潜器艇型的优化问题.

@@@@In order to reduce the resistance of navigation and energy consumption and improve the navigate time, the Nystrom streamline of one submersible is studied. The diameter, length and section coefficients of head and tail are selected as variables, and the parameterized modeling of the submersible is set up in Gam-bit. Arranged 16 times Latin squares design of experiments,the Kriging and RSM (Response Surface Method-ology) approximation models of resistance are established based on hydrodynamic calculations.Based on the Kriging and RSM models, the shape line optimization is carried out with the objective of minimize drag by using the DONLP (Sequential Quadratic Programming). The result shows that the Kriging model can reflect the identity of object,effectively reduce the cost of the CFD simulation and solve similar submersible shape optimization problems.
