运载火箭在外场工作条件下,存在晃动等干扰,箭体的杆臂长度达数十米,杆臂效应会造成较大的对准误差.为解决运载火箭在晃动基座和大杆臂效应环境下的对准问题,引入了惯性系初始自对准方法,采用FIR和IIR低通滤波方法在频域内对杆臂效应进行处理,滤除杆臂干扰加速度信息,保留SINS中舒拉周期和地球自转周期等低频有用信号.在相同设计指标下,IIR滤波器比FIR滤波器阶数低,所需存储单元少.仿真结果表明,两种滤波器均可以有效处理杆臂干扰加速度信息,实现精确对准;采用FIR滤波器时延达到一分钟,而采用IIR滤波器对准速度快,工程上更为实用.

The lever arms of launch vehicle can reach tens of meters, and there are also disturbances under field working condition, therefore the lever arm effect may cause considerable alignment errors. To solve the alignment problem for launch vehicles when they are affected by shaking base and large lever arm effect, a self-initial alignment method in inertial frame was introduced. FIR & IIR low pass filtering methods were presented to deal with the lever arm effect in frequency domain. After the disturbing acceleration information of lever-arm was filtered out, the useful lower frequency signals of SINS, such as the Schuler-period and the earth self-rotation period, were retained. With the same design specifications, IIR filter has lower order and requires less storage in comparison with FIR filter. Simulation results demonstrate that both filters can effectively suppress the lever arm effect and achieve accurate alignment. FIR filter may cause a delay up to 1 min, but the IIR filter can make faster alignment, which is more practical for engineering applications.
