自20世纪后半叶起,一股旧城改造的热潮席卷了整个华夏大地.经过近二十年的探索研究,尽管完成了诸如“上海新天地”、“成都宽窄巷子”等蜚声国际的优秀实例,也滋生出不顾当地实际情况,单纯复制粘贴的改造陋习.为改变这一现状,本文立足场所精神的回归,以陕南石泉县老城区建筑改造项目为例,通过挖掘当地文化,归纳出适宜的改造原则和方法.
