Soft tissue malignant fibrous histiocytoma has been of the most common malignancy in old patients. It exists more than 90% in deeper tissues, or in the fascia. And 10% occur in the superficial layer. Prognosis has a close relationship with clinical factors, such as the position, size and localization of the mass. For example, 10% tumors limited in the subcutaneous tissues may metastasize, and 40% in deeper tissues may metastasize. In the extremities, the prognosis of the mass in distal extremity is generally better than in the proximal extremities. 1 case of huge soft tissue malignant fibrous histiocytoma with the size of 25.5 cm×16.5 cm×18.6 cm is reported, and the treatment procedure is presented as follows.
