随着建筑行业的现代化发展,我国逐渐建立起了工程监理制度.在建筑工程现场的监理工作组一般有两种:一是受雇于业主的监理企业派遣的人士;一是工程承包公司派遣的监理人员.前者主要是把质量关,保证工程质量是符合业主的要求和利益的;后者则主要针对施工现场把安全关.有的工程是两种类型分工合作,有的则是合二为一,双管齐下.本文就现代建筑工程现场的监理工作谈谈自己的看法.

With the modern development of the construction industry, China has gradual y built up supervision system of c-onstruction. There are two general site supervision work grou-ps of the construction: One person dispatched by supervision enterprises while employed by the owners; the other one is a s-upervision person dispatched by the company of engineering contracting. The former mainly ensure the quality of the proje-ct in line with the requirements and interests of the owners; lat-ter focused on the safety of construction site. Some engineerin-g division the labor of two types, some are not. In this article, the author talks about the views of supervision on the construc-tion site of modern architecture.
