在甲酚生产过程中会产生大量废渣,废渣的主要成分为混合酚,含酚量约为总渣量的20~30%,难以进一步提取和有效利用,排放到大气中会造成严重的环境污染,危害生命健康.本文公开了一种有效利用废渣生产酚醛-聚氨酯耐高温漆的方法.介绍了用不饱和单体改性高羟基酚醛树脂及用TDI和HDI制成的聚氨酯三聚体树脂的制备工艺;研究了有机溶剂和颜基比对涂料黏度、外观、干燥时间、热稳定性等性能影响很大,综合各项因素,确定用甲苯、醋酸丁酯和环己酮配成的混合溶剂为涂料稀释剂;通过热重分析和涂料检测,结果表明提高涂料颜基比有利于涂层热稳定性、硬度和干燥性能提高;详述了树脂聚合反应原理和涂料成膜原理,从而解释了涂层具有优良耐热性和防腐性的原因.

@@@@A large number of the waste residue was generated in the process of cresol.The amount of various phenolic mixture in the waste residue was about 20~30%of the total amount of slag.It is difficult for them to be further extracted and used effectively. The serious environmental pollution will be caused and life be harmed when the waste is discharged into the natural environment. An effective use way of waste residue was disclosed in the paper,which was the phenolic-polyurethane high temperature resistant paint was made by it.The production technologies of the high hydroxy phenolic resin modified by unsaturated monomer and polyurethane trimer resin were introduced.The effects of organic solvent and the ratio of pigment/resin to coating performance,such as viscosity,appearance,drying time and thermal stability,were very obvious.So,the thinner of dissolution paint was the mix solvent of toluene,butyl acetate and cyclohexanone.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the higher the ratio of pigment and resin was advantageous to improve heat resistance.The principles of polymerization and coating film forming were described in detail.It’s explained why the coating had an excellent heat resistance and corrosion-resistance.
